Who are AAH Assessments?

AAH Assessments is a property assessment company, established in 2005, which formerly traded as ‘Adept Property Services’. After trading in the Basingstoke area for a number of years we relocated to Whiteparish in 2015. The services we offer include Rental property Inventory Reports, Tenant Check-outs, Interim Inspections, EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), and Floor Plans. Later we added some property maintenance and repair services for Letting Agents and Landlords to our service offering.
